CONFUSÃO NO RADIOAMADORISMO

O Radioamadorismo, desde o seu início, tem como uma de suas bases o respeito à legislação. No começo,  os primeiros radioamadores operavam ainda sem regras bem definidas quanto à sua operação, mas uma vez que os governos regulamentavam as atividades, imediatamente todos deveriam segui-las à risca.

A partir daí, e especialmente hoje em dia, ninguém que tente operar uma estação e que esteja fora dos limites legais estabelecidos em seu país conseguirá sucesso em seu intento. Uma vez que a comunidade radioamadora identifique uma ilegalidade, prontamente a estação irregular será "blacklisted", ou seja, será BANIDA da comunidade.

QATAR,  A7.  Con motivo del Campeonato Mundial de Fútbol de la FIFA,
las estaciones especiales A722FWC y los prefijos A71..A78 y el sufi-
jo FIFA, están en el aire hasta el 18-diciembre, desde varias ubica-
ciones.  QSL según las instrucciones de los operadores.

MOZAMBIQUE,  C9.  Jean-Louis (ZS6AAG) opera  de Nametil como C96JLH,
mientras  trabaja  para  Médicos  Sin  Fronteras.  No sabemos cuánto
tiempo permanecerá allí.  Está activo en su tiempo libre.  Ha estado
activo  a través del satélite QO-100, pero  también en FT8 en 20 me-

activo en SSB de 40 a 10 metros.  QSL a su "home call".

COLOMBIA, HK.  HK4SSI, HK4RMT, HJ4DMD y HJ4YZA estarán en el aire el
22- y 23-octubre, en Cerro Nutibara Recreation Site (HK-0006) en una
activación  POTA.  Operarán de 40 a 20 metros en SSB y FT8, y en va-
rios satélites.  QSL según las instrucciones de los operadores.

COREA  DEL  SUR,  HL.   Con  motivo  del 103º Korean National Sports
Festival,  miembros del radio club HL0UHQ están  en el aire hasta el
30-octubre como HL22NSF.  QSL vía asociación.

GUINEA BISSAU, J5.  Carlos (CT2GQA) opera hasta finales de 2022 como
J5JUA.   Está activo mayormente en FT8  y como estación móvil.  Tam-
bién podría usar el indicativo J5GQA.  QSL a su "home call".

PAPÚA  NUEVA GUINEA, P2.  Un numeroso grupo de operadores estarán en
el  aire del 25-octubre al 10-noviembre  como P29RO (P29R OSCAR), en
la  isla  Loloata  (OC-240).  Operarán  en todas las bandas y modos.
QSL vía DL4SVA.

BONAIRE, PJ4.  Tjeerd (PE1OJR) opera hasta el 31-octubre como PJ4TB.
Está  activo de 40 a 6 metros en  SSB y FT8.  También participará en
el próximo concurso CQWW en SSB.  QSL vía LoTW.

SINT MAARTEN, PJ7.  Ed (N2HX) opera hasta el 9-diciembre como PJ7PL.
Está  activo en estilo "de  vacaciones", en las bandas  de HF en CW,
SSB, RTTY y FT8.  También participará en los próximos concursos CQWW
en SSB y CW.  QSL a su "home call".

SUDÁN, ST.  Nader, ST2NH, ha estado activo en FT8 en 20 metros justo
después de las 0100Z.  QSL vía EA7FTR.

TURQUÍA,  TA.  Para  conmemorar la  proclamación de  la República de
Turquía,  miembros del Tango Alpha Ham Radio Club estarán en el aire
del  26- al 30-octubre como TC29EKM.  QSL según las instrucciones de
los operadores.

BENÍN,  TY.  Un grupo  de operadores están  en el aire  hasta el 26-
octubre como TY0RU (TY cero RU).  Están activos con nueve estaciones
de 160 a 6 metros, incluyendo los 60 metros, y a través del satélite
QO-100, en CW, SSB y FT8.  QSL vía R7AL.

SAN  CRISTÓBAL Y NIEVES, V4.  Randy (K5ZD) operará del 23-octubre al
1-noviembre como V47T, en Saint Kitts (IOTA NA-104).  También parti-
cipará  en el próximo concurso CQWW  en SSB, en categoría monoopera-
dor/multibanda/alta potencia.  QSL vía LoTW.

NAMIBIA, V5.  Gunter (DK2WH) opera como V51WH.  Está activo de 160 a
10 metros.  Durante los concursos usará el indicativo V55Y.  QSL se-
gún sus instrucciones.

ISLAS  TURCAS Y CAICOS, VP5.   Kann (JJ2RCJ) operará del  24- al 31-
octubre como VP5Z, en la isla Providenciales (NA-002).  Estará acti-
vo en las bandas de HF en FT8 y algo de CW.  QSL a su "home call".

ISLAS MALVINAS (FALKLAND), VP8.  Garry (ZC4GR) opera hasta diciembre
como VP8DLB, en Port Stanley.  Está activo en FT8 de 40 a 10 metros.

KOSOVO, Z6.  Rene (DL2JRM) operará del 27- al 31-octubre como Z68XX,
cerca  de Gjilan.  Estará activo en las bandas de HF, principalmente
en CW.  También participará en el próximo concurso CQWW en SSB.  QSL

ALBANIA, ZA.  Dragan, 4O4A, opera ZA/.  QSL vía YU4YY.

los  concursos North American Sprint en SSB, YBDXPI en FT8, UK/EI DX
en  SSB y YLRL DX/NA  YL Aniversary; los esprines  de NCCC en RTTY y
NCCC en CW; Telephone Pioneers QSO Party, y K1USN Slow Speed Test en
CW.

El  Classic Exchange  en CW,  ICWC Medium  Speed Test  en CW;  OK1WC
Memorial;  los concursos Worldwide Sideband Activity  y UKEICC de 80
metros  en CW; RTTYOPS  Weeksprint, SKCC Sprint  en CW, Phone Weekly
Test, A1Club AWT, CWops Test, Mini-Test 40 y Mini-Test 80 están pro-
gramados del 24- al 26-octubre.
