On July 21 ten amateur radio CubeSats built by students at the Southwestern State University were deployed from the ISS. QSL cards and a diploma are available for receiving the SSTV, APRS and Voice messages

Small spacecraft (ICA), created on the YUZGU-55 platform, have been operating in real space flight for more than ten days. The cyclogram of work includes the transmission of voice messages, telemetry, call sign and SSTV images.
In view of the great interest in the space experiment "Radioskaf", which is aimed at popularizing space research, Southwestern State University will be happy to send a QSL card to all radio amateurs who have successfully conducted a communication session with satellites.
To receive a QSL card, you need to send information: call sign, location, session date and time, carrier frequency, modulation type (APRS, FM-Voice, Robot36) and the result of a successful session (audio sample, telemetry text and image). The data is sent in the form of Applications for QSL. In the return letter you will receive the address where you need to send the card.
To obtain a diploma, you need to take 10 different SSTV images and voice messages, as well as decode 10 APRS telemetry messages (AFSK 1142 baud format) from any of the satellites, and apply for a Diploma

SPRATLY ISLANDS. Operators 4F2KWT, 4F1OZ, DU1VGX, DU1XX and DU3JA
will be QRV as DX0NE from Kalayaan beginning sometime after August 1
and be here for one month. Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters
using CW, SSB, and FT8. QSL via IZ8CCW.
TIMOR-LESTE, 4W. Alan, VK1AO is QRV as 4W/VK1AO from Dili until
August 4, and for at least two more times over the next three years.
Activity is on 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, and 12 meters using SSB, FT8,
JS8, and possibly some CW. This may include some POTA activity as
well on Artauro Island, IOTA OC-232. QSL to home call.
MADAGASCAR, 5R. Elvira, IV3FSG will be QRV as 5R8LH from August 1
to September 9. Activity will be on the HF bands using SSB and
various digital modes. QSL to home call.
EAST MALAYSIA, 9M8. Members of the Amateur Radio Club Sarawak will
be QRV as 9M8RC from Satang Besar Island, IOTA OC-165, during the
RSGB IOTA contest. QSL via 9W8KIF.
TAIWAN, BV. A group of operators will be QRV as BP0A from Penghu
Island, IOTA AS-103, in the RSGB IOTA contest. QSL via BV2KS.
MOROCCO, CN. Radio amateurs in Morocco may use the prefix CN23
until August 7 to commemorate the 23rd anniversary of the present
King's accession to the throne.

RSGB IOTA contest as a Single Op/DXpedition Island/CW Mode/12

MARQUESAS ISLANDS, FO. Patrick, FO5QS is now located on Hiva-Oa,
IOTA OC-027. He plans to soon be active on 160 meters to 70
centimeters using all modes, and with 6 meter EME as well. QSL to
